How can I retrieve or change my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, we will be happy to send you a new one. Go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to create your account and we’ll send you a temporary password to the email address. Once you have logged in using your temporary password, go to the “My Profile” section of the My Account section and change your password.

Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Yes, baby braithwaite gifts are wrapped in our beautiful white drawstring gift sacks complete with a handwritten gift note for an additional charge of two dollars. Some large or irregular shaped items may be wrapped in our lovely dot cello with ribbon.

We are unable to wrap some large and oversized packages, like strollers, highchairs and car seats.

Gift Certificates

How do I use my online gift certificate? Is it possible to use it for an in store purchase?

Online gift certificates may be redeemed online in the Checkout section of the Shopping cart. Enter your gift certificate code in the prompted “discount or gift certificate code” box on the Summary Page. Unfortunately Online gift certificates may not be used for in store purchases at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Baby braithwaite accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Online purchases shipped to Georgia will have sales tax automatically applied.

An item I purchased is on back order. Can I cancel it?

Yes! If an item you purchased is on back order and hasn’t yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact customer care at 1.855.294.2109  to assist you with this.

Can I edit or update my order once I have completed the online check out process?

Please call us toll free at 1.855.294.2109 and our Customer Care team will work with you to make any necessary changes.

Can I return something purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes. We will provide your refund in the form of a Merchandise Credit. You will just need to set up an account online and we’ll take care of the rest.
