We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly and ship in stock items within 3 business days so they are received with in 3-10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday & Tuesday. In the event of delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Larger items such as furniture and other items where noted “oversized freight” on the shipping & delivery tab are not available for rush delivery & if ordered with other items will arrive separately.
Special delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items. We regret that we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.
Please note that our cribs are shipped via FedEx or UPS and will be left without signature required at your front door. Our Slipcovered gliders will be delivered into your house.
Backorders
Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Charges
We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all merchandise orders $100 and over* (excluding over-sized freight items, gift wrapping and taxes). For orders less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $10 for ground shipping.
Rush Delivery
For an additional $15 per shipment, we can ship orders received by 12pm ET (Monday through Thursday) to arrive in 3 business days. For an additional $25 we can ship orders received by 12pm ET (Monday through Thursday) to arrive the next business day. Expedited shipping is not available for furniture or custom orders.
Delivery Surcharge
Some oversized items require an additional freight charge. These charges are clearly noted in the “Shipping & Delivery” tab on each of our product pages and during the checkout process.
Assembly
Baby Braithwaite does not currently offer assembly service.
Shipping to Puerto Rico
We now offer shipping to Puerto Rico. This includes all products, except our oversized items.
