How can I retrieve or change my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, we will be happy to send you a new one. Go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to create your account and we’ll send you a temporary password to the email address.

What is your return policy?

Online Orders Shipped to Customer

For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store. We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date you originally received your package* (please see return refund options below). Any returns made without an original receipt will be returned in the form of an e-gift certificate at the current retail price of the merchandise.

In-Store Purchases & Online Orders Picked Up In Store

We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt for full merchandise refund within 7 days from date of purchase. Thereafter, we will happily offer an exchange or credit in the form of an e-gift certificate. Any returns made without an original receipt will be exchanged in the form of an e-gift certificate at the current retail price of the merchandise.

Gift & Registry Returns

All gift returns will be issued a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate; no cash refunds are available excluding monogrammed or personalized items, sale merchandise, seasonal holiday items, gift packaging or gift cards.

Return Policy Exceptions

Please note all purchases on furniture, custom orders, personalized gifts, and holiday items are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. Baby Braithwaite reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

Seasonal Merchandise Returns

Seasonal merchandise is eligible for return and/or exchange for store credit from date of purchase until two weeks prior to the seasonal holiday. baby braithwaite will indicate the return/exchange cut-off date on all store receipts and invoices.

Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, baby braithwaite gifts are wrapped in our beautiful white drawstring gift sacks complete with a handwritten gift note for an additional charge of two dollars. Some large or irregular shaped items may be wrapped in our lovely dot cello with ribbon.

We are unable to wrap some large and oversized packages, like gigantic teddy bears!

Gift Cards

How do I use my online gift card? Is it possible to use it for an in store purchase?

Our gift cards may be redeemed both online or in store. To redeem your gift card online in the Checkout section of the Shopping cart, enter your gift card code in the prompted “discount or gift card code” box on the Summary Page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

baby braithwaite accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and ApplePay

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Online purchases shipped to Georgia and North Carolina will have sales tax automatically applied. These taxes are calculated by state and local tax laws, and are subject to change as the legislation evolves.

Can item I purchased is on back order. Can I cancel it?

Yes! If an item you purchased is on back order and hasn’t yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care team at care@babybraithwaite.com

Can I edit or update my order once I have completed the online check out process?

Please email our Customer Care team at care@babybraithwaite.com who will work with you to make any necessary changes.

Can I return something purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes. We will provide your refund in the form of a Gift Card.

Can you put a gift together for me?

Helping Mamas

What items do you accept for donations for helping mamas?

We gladly accept any opened or boxed diapers and pull ups, wipes, new pacifiers, formula, and breast pumps.

When can I drop off my donations?

We are happy to accept your donations during our regular store hours: tuesday-saturday 10-4pm

What if I have larger items that I would like to donate that do not fit your donation criteria?

You can reach out directly to Helping Mamas to arrange a direct donation drop off to their location. We advise you contact them via email to arrange the drop off: https://helpingmamas.org/

Do you ever do a larger donation drive on their behalf?

We do annual donation drive at the end of the year! Stay tuned to instagram in the fall season on how you can donate, contribute or help with the event.
