Online Purchase Returns
For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store. We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date you originally received your package* (please see return refund options below). Any returns made without an original receipt will be returned in the form of an e-gift certificate at the current retail price of the merchandise.
Store Purchase Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt for full merchandise refund within 7 days from date of purchase. Thereafter, up to 30 days we will happily offer an exchange or credit in the form of an e-gift certificate Any returns made without an original receipt will be exchanged in the form of an e-gift certificate at the current retail price of the merchandise.
Gift & Registry Returns
All gift returns will be issued a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate; no cash refunds are available.
Return Policy Exceptions
Please note all purchases on furniture, custom orders, personalized gifts, and holiday items are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. Baby Braithwaite reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Returns For Damaged Or Defective Products
We’re so sorry! If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please call baby braithwaite toll free at 1.855.294.2109 for assistance with your return.
Mail in Returns: Two Options, Your Choice
For your convenience, you make choose between two return options:
1. Make a Return for Merchandise Credit with Free Return Shipping:
If you choose to return your purchase to use for a merchandise credit, you may email us to request a pre-printed, pre-addressed and pre-paid shipping label.
2. Make a Return for Merchandise Refund minus Return Shipping Cost:
If you choose to return your purchase to us for a refund, a $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when you use our pre-printed label
*If you need a return label please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com or 1.855.294.2109. If you prefer, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice, however, you will be responsible for paying that carrier’s shipping fee, regardless of your return preference.
Making a Return by Mail
Provided your return meets our approved criteria, please take the following steps to return your item(s):
1. MAKE NOTATIONS ON YOUR PACKING SLIP OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN.
Be sure to indicate which of our two return options (refund or an e-gift certificate) you prefer. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip please contact baby braithwaite and we will provide assistance with your return. If no choice selection is chosen, a e-gift certificate will be created.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging along with your packing slip (or a photocopy).
3. Affix your pre-paid return label on the box.
4. You may drop off your return at any appropriate FedEx or UPS location.
